Testo nama\u017eemo z ma\u0161\u010dobo, pokrito naj po\u010diva vsaj 30 minut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skuti dodamo sladkor in sol ter preme\u0161amo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela jajca po\u010dasi raz\u017evrkljamo s kislo smetano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maslo stopimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skutni nadev in smetanov poliv lahko zdru\u017eimo, v tem primeru del kisle smetane pustimo za zgornji poliv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Priporo\u010damo uporabo okroglega (lon\u010denega) peka\u010da s premerom okoli 35 cm, dovoljujemo uporabo \u0161tirikotnega peka\u010da. Izbrani peka\u010d nama\u017eemo z ma\u0161\u010dobo. Spo\u010dito testo razvaljamo in nekoliko razvle\u010deno, polo\u017eimo preko peka\u010da in ga razvle\u010demo po prtu, potresenem z&nbsp; moko, da sega \u010dez obod sklede toliko, kot je \u0161iroka. Tako ponavljamo do zadnje plasti. V notranjosti peka\u010da tik nad vi\u0161ino prle\u0161ke gibanice enakomerno odstranimo odve\u010dno testo in bogato nama\u017eemo s smetanovim polivom. Tako pripravljeno prle\u0161ko gibanico na ve\u010d mestih prebodemo s tanko iglo do dna peka\u010da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V prej segreti pe\u010dici prle\u0161ko gibanico pe\u010demo 40 minut pri temperaturi 200\u00b0C. Ne glede na to priporo\u010dilo lahko temperaturo in \u010das pe\u010denja prilagodimo peka\u010du in vrsti pe\u010dice. Pe\u010denje v okroglem lon\u010denem peka\u010du podalj\u0161amo za 20 minut. Pe\u010deno prle\u0161ko gibanico lahko potresemo s sladkorjem v prahu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prle\u0161ko gibanico re\u017eemo na trikotnike ali pravokotnike.
