Strokovna komisija, ki jo vodi Toma\u017e Vozelj, skrbno in v skladu s Pravilnikom o ocenjevanju prle\u0161kih gibanic oceni prle\u0161ke gibanice v \u0161tirih kategorijah:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>tr\u017eni ponudniki,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ljubitelji prle\u0161ke gibanice,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>osnovne \u0161ole,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>srednje \u0161ole.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S podelitvijo certifikatov Tradicionalna prle\u0161ka gibanica se spodbuja peka prle\u0161ke gibanice v okrogli lon\u010deni skledi tako pri tr\u017enih ponudnikih kot pri ljubiteljih prle\u0161ke gibanice. Tako so jo namre\u010d pekli neko\u010d. Ker danes skoraj nih\u010de nima kru\u0161ne pe\u010di ne doma ne v gostinskem lokalu, peka v kru\u0161ni pe\u010di ni pogoj za pridobitev certifikata.
